Our products are digital downloads, we do not allow or offer refunds after a product has been downloaded. Please take the time to carefully read and review the contents of the design item before you purchase.

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

• you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;

• the item did not meet your expectations;

• you simply changed your mind;

• you bought an item by mistake;

• you ask for goodwill;

WHAT AM I BUYING?

• You are purchasing iCons for use with a Stream Deck/LoupeDeck

• You are not receiving a Physical Item / No physical item will be sent via Posted Mail

• Delivery of iCons will be received via Email link ONLY

• Stream Deck / Loupe Deck is not included in the sale of these items
